Loop Multi Reels
We have always been known for designing the highest quality fly reels on the market. So when we set out to create a series of “diecast” reels, we knew they had to be built to the same standards as our other great reels.
In other words, they needed to be completely waterproof and offer the same Power Matrix Drag System that is incorporated in our other machined reels. The inter-workings of the new Multi Reels are of the highest standards, and when our first prototypes started arriving, we knew we had accomplished our goal. The Loop Multi Fly Reels will last a life time, and will be offered in a price range that will allow anglers of all walks of life to own a fly reel that we feel proud enough to put the Loop name on.

Shane – :
I purchased on of these reels to give LOOP a try. I bought a 9/12. I have used it in Saltwater as well as for my Spey set up. The recessed drag knob is great because it is one less thing for my line to hang up on as I am casting.
The drag system is so smooth I can’t even explain. I have fished most all of the major brands but I am sold.
Derek Olthuis – :
This is a great reel for most applications.I think the larger sizes in this reel are awesome. Great for salt , larger predatory species or two handed rods. Sleek design and dope looking. I am only giving it four stars for one reason, in the smaller sizes paired with smaller lines sometimes the line gets caught between the spool and cage. It is super frustrating! When using smaller lines like 3-4 wt. I think Loop has better offerings like the unstoppable Opti and the Evotec.

You’d be hard pressed to find a better reel for the money. I’ve owned the 3/6 for over six years and it has done all I have asked of it and more. I have put an absolute beating on this reel but have experienced zero problems with its drag system that is the same as the Evotec and Optis. Cosmetically, it looks like it has received a beating and that is its major downside. Every scratch and bump will be seen but it only adds character in my opinion. Functional.
I also bought the 6/9 a year ago and have found the same functional reliability as my older 3/6. Great line capacity and I use it to house skagit and scandi lines on my two handers and for light saltwater duty.

I have been using Loop gear for 15 years & purchased my 1st 3-6 Multi for trout 2 years ago….for the money it can’t be beat….I now own 3 w/ extra spools plus a 6-9 & sold everything else…awesome drag even w/ light lines. Easily adjustable even in the fish fight….& heavy enough for longer rods….great capacity &line pick up…..Loop is my choice all the way….& love my Yellow Lines!
